Hockey Drill – Continuous Swing with a Bump Pass

Back to the basics continuous warm up drill.  A great way to start a practice!

Description

One side starts (in both ends of the ice).

Go in on an angle, take a quick release shot (always check for and play feasible rebounds), then head directly to the other side (line up at the blue line in the same end) with  your stick on the ice ready to receive a pass from the front player in that line.
Do a puck exchange bump pass. That front player, then continues the drill going the other way.

This drill is continuous going from side to side in both ends.

Stick on the ice – Keep feet moving when passing – check for rebounds
