See the Blue and Green player starting positions. A whistle to start the drill, then it becomes continuous.
On the whistle, the blue and green player under the blue line and in the offensive zones, start with a puck and give the goalies a firm hard pass that they can handle and control.
On the initial pass to the goalies, the players (Red) at the blue line boards (with timing), drop down and post up stationary at the hash marks (simulating a break out).
The goalies pass the puck to the players (Red), who pass the puck back to the initial players (Green and Blue), who started the drill. The other players (Green and Blue), who lined up outside the blue line (with timing), swing into the middle to receive a pass, go through the neutral zone, pass over the blue line and pass the puck to the goalies to continue the drill.
The yellow line indicates where to go in the rotation while the drill remains continuous.
